Gay Bayless was assigned to me through Navy Federal Realty plus program and she jumped right in. She took me to look at a couple of homes. Anywhere I wanted to go, she would take me. She would tell me if there was a problem with a home or if something needed to be done or if she thought it was a good buy. She was very courteous very nice. The best hospitality I’ve seen in a while. When my loan fell through with Navy Federal my rate lock had expired while I was waiting on my home to sell in another state. so in order for me to get another rate law, Navy Federal told me I need to pay off some debt first this time. well, I didn’t have that money to pay off those loans. So Gay found me another loan officer. The loan officer she found for me was wonderful. He let me use my veterans benefits. He let me use my Teacher discount. He also even got me a $15,000 grant. She picked the best person for me and my family. While we were waiting for my home to sell. Gay didn’t give up on me. She worked with me for at least 3 1/2 months. She let us use her closing office to closer on our home in another state free of charge. She brought in her team to assist us and they were wonderful, really great hospitality at Redstone Family Reality she is top-of-the-line. Loved when Jennifer Jaillet jumped right in when I needed her even as Notary at no charge to close my loan in another state and to assist, enclosing my loan here. If you are looking for a home, she is the person to use. She will work with you all the way through. If you run into some bumps or get a couple of bruises, she’s a good cheerleader as well. She’s an encourager. She’s a fighte, she’ll fight for you until Yourr new home is in your possession. Thank you Gay Bayless and even your husband was on board to bring you to look at some homes with you. It was wonderful working with you. I will tell anyone I will tell the whole United States. I can't say enough good things about this lady! Mrs. Gay is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. If you are looking for someone dedicated to finding the right home for you look no further! She is simply the BEST!!!!!!
