Born and raised in the Wayne County, Gay Elmore has been in marketing and sales for 25 years and she understands the importance of family, community and maintaining a happy home life. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from Barton College in Business and Psychology. She worked in her family's business until 13 years ago when she decided to venture into real estate.

Community is especially important to Gay Elmore. In the past she has served on the Wayne Country Day School Board of Directors, Wayne Co Chamber of Commerce, Vestry Member St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, President of the Wayne County Board of Realtors 2011, and in 2012 she was voted by her peers as the Realtor of the Year. Besides volunteering on boards in Wayne County, she also enjoys going to the beach, traveling, fishing and of course watching college football and basketball. Go Heels!
