I had incredible experience working with Gaya. She is so friendly, personable , knowledgeable , exceptionally kind and strong person. She helped me to buy my first townhouse .
It was really big deal to me, so that’s why it was very important to find the right realtor. And choose Gayane was the best decision I’ve ever made. Btw she was in New-York when we got a deal. And no matter where she is , she always put you first. Our transaction was not that easy as I expected, but she handled everything perfect. One day I was even wanted to cancel the escrow and just give up, but thank God she assured me that everything will be fine and she will take care of everything. And yeah , she did ! She truly cares about her clients. I had so many questions and Gaya always had time to answer.

Gaya Yaffa is a rockstar. She became a part of our family during the sale and purchase of our new house. First she sold our house in Sherman Oaks and made the transaction so easy and fast. Then she helped us to buy a house in Newport Beach. We love her and whatever she does, she does it with all her heart.
