If you are looking for a honest, dedicated and committed realtor with a keen eye for details, Gayatri is your person! For us, it all started with me reaching out to Gayatri for helping us with a home buying process, out of state. Her dedication and commitment during that process was so amazing that when a change of personal plan made it possible for us to continue in-state, we were so certain that Gayatri was the only one for us, to find our perfect home in this market. She was always very prompt in getting us the viewings as soon as we requested, sometimes even urging us to get to the listing sooner if it was a popular one. She was always on top of every communication and request, any time of the day! Her feedback is always honest. She prioritized our requirements and was able to best guide us on what we should be looking at. Our search was a bit long with the low inventory but Gayatri was always there with her reassuring words, checking in on us and scheduling viewings quickly.

We had a great experience working with Gayatri on the purchase of our home. Right from the first meeting, Gayatri took the effort to understand our priorities and "nice to have"s, on the way educating us about the steps ahead. She was very patient and always made sure to answer all of our questions thoroughly and transparently.

Once we started looking at properties, Gayatri did an excellent job finding properties that fit our needs and budget. She made sure to get us the earliest appointments, sometimes advising us to adjust our schedules to see the home earlier. Before every home tour, she shared all relevant information about the property. During home tours, she was a keen observer advising us about the good and not so good things about the property. She never pressured us into making offer on anything that we weren't 100% comfortable.

When we finally found our home, Gayatri went above and beyond to make sure the deal went smoothly.

Overall, I can't say enough good things about Gayatri. She made the entire home-buying process easy and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new home.

Gayathri made us buying a house such a breeze! We were new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Gayathri was professional and personal! She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way!

Gayatri helped sell our rental property and the whole process was hassle free. She advice d us on some minimum things that we could do to make our property attractive to the buyers. Once did what we needed to do, Gayatri had a professional photographer take pictures and she strategically listed the property in way it got high visibility. As a result of her effort we had a couple of offers within 2 days of our listing. We closed within a few weeks and everything was smooth. I highly recommend using Gayatri as your real estate agent.
