As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions about things to watch out for and Gayla was always available to help, regardless of how stupid the questions were… You can tell when working with her that she really enjoys her job and finding the right fit for her clients. I loved working with Gayla. She is very knowledgeable of the area, and you can tell that she loves her job. When I first met her, she, took the time to get to know a little about us and what we wanted and didn't want in house. And when we finally started looking at houses she we gave our list to look at and she organized it so we weren't driving from one side of town to the other. And when a house we wanted to look at wasn't available she found good alternatives to look at. Then with the buying process my husband and I had nothing to worry about the process went smoothly and Gayla and her team were in communications with us every step of the way, and answered all questions that came. In addition to hail damage on the home we were selling, the home we were buying also had hail damage. All repairs had to be completed prior to closing. Gayla and her team kept all parties involved on track, so we were able to close on time for selling our home and buying the new home.

I remember hearing radios ads about Ambassador and thought I am going to save this... months later I called her and we met for lunch... I now consider her and her team my friends.. seriously... they have all been there for me through a process I knew nothing about... selling a home.
