Gayle sold our house of 20 years on May 2nd, 2020. She accomplished this during the tight restrictions mandated during the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Competing for sales during this time required creative thinking.

When we heard that other agents were giving up and sellers were pulling out of the market, Gayle was assertive. She got creative and arranged unique marketing tactics to move us to the top of the active consideration set: She recorded a virtual walk-through, she had a video inspection performed for buyers to view and feel trust, and she scheduled “window shopping” appointments to view our home from outside-in.

While keeping inside traffic to a minimum, Gayle looked out for our health and wellbeing. She required outsiders wear masks and gloves inside our home, she accompanied prospective buyers and limited inside traffic to a maximum of four people at a time.

Gayle’s marketing tactics work! Our home was one of the very top viewed properties in the market. She was determined to have us buy and sell in less than 90 days. We sold in 35 days from listing to closing.
After we closed, Gayle processed all the township and county paperwork for us, including changes to homestead property.

In addition to the basics people expect, including matching property options to requirements, honest disclosures, agent accessibility and simplification, Gayle consistently delivers so much more.

She has been showing us options that meet our requirements for the past year, We have not been in a hurry to buy and have been very picky. In spite of our delay, Gayle never lost patience with us or pressured us to buy. Over the term she continued to show us options matched to our requirements, never giving up. Gayle and John are the BEST of the BEST!!!!! My boyfriend and I could not of had a more smoother journey to find out 1st home. Both Gayle and John made us feel comfortable and made sure to explain everything in detail so we could follow along. Gayle is easy going ,and you just feel like you have known her forever. She also made sure I had the correct paper work I needed for the situation, and got a good price too. When I was in the search for a home in Lyon Twp., I found Gayle. After checking out reviews and comments, Gayle was hired. The search for the right house was done from out of state and narrowed down to a small list. I came into town to look at the houses that Gayle had lined up for me. We looked at the houses and armed with loads of pictures and notes, I went back out of town. After some discussion and weighing the pros and cons of each house, we settled on one that was right for us. Gayle entered our offer and negotiated the sale of the house in a very professional manner. The closing went exactly as planned and was done from out of state, knowing that we were represented by a true professional. The follow up before, during, and after the sale was complete. I will soon be selling a home in West Bloomfield, and if it does not sell to a family member, I will hire Gayle to represent me. Bottom line: great experience and will work with her again.
