I have been representing clients for 27 years as a full-time Realtor with the sale and purchase of single-family homes, luxury estates, income property and vacant land within the Reno/Sparks and Washoe County area. I know how to price a home and market a home which can only come from experience. It is always a pleasure to advise my sellers in preparing and staging their homes. From getting the windows cleaned to doing a full rehab. I have the resources to get the work done and done correctly. My husband is a General Building Contractor over 43 years and having the resources and knowledge of a contractor's perspective has been a true asset to my sellers and buyers. Having built several homes of our own, I have the knowledge and understand the procedures it takes to get from the ground up. Design and staging is something I love to do for my clients.
