Hi, thanks for taking the time to learn more about me. I got licensed in 1994 by JMC Developers to get the Fox Ridge Estates (the first subdivision in Fox Creek) Sales Office up & running. I excelled in New Home Sales until the new home industry slowed down, from there I moved to Key Time Realty. I learned general real estate & had the opportunity to work with PAS (Premiere Assets, Wells Fargo Asset Company) and other Asset Companies helping homeowners through the foreclosure process, which became my speciality for several years as the market corrected itself in the mid to late 2000’s. Then I moved on to Parkway Place Real Estate in 2011, where I happily worked with Sellers & Buyers with their real estate goals. In January 2020, I partnered up with a long time friend/associate to create Living the Dream Team where I got back into new home sales & we had a great run through Covid, until the market started to correct itself once again. We hit an extremely slow period so I moved to Summitt’s River Realty because of their long time excellent reputation in the area, they have more walk in traffic and opportunities for me so here I am ready to work with you.
I moved here in 1991 from So Calif where I worked in the Aerospace/Defense Industry for many years before that market slowed down and that’s when I decided I loved the River lifestyle, it was slower, more cost effective to live here, less traffic and the hustle bustle. I went to work for a builder, JMC Developers, that started to climb to a successful real estate career. I have been blessed with many wonderful clients, several I’m still good friends with, I pride myself on helping others! Give me a chance, I’ll help you too to achieve your Real Estate goals with my 30 years of diverse experience in the this challenging market.
I served on our local Board of Realtors as a Director & Treasurer. I was a Charter Member of the Colorado River Valley Jaycees (Junior Chamber of Commerce), Served as all positions in that organization, I ended that venture as the President and AZ State Jaycees Treasurer. I learned so much about serving our community, county and state by volunteering., When the Colorado River Valley Jaycees disband, I followed our donated money to the Colorado River Valley BMX Track where I spent the next 10 years of life working on & in that organization for our area children so they had a safe fun venue to ride & compete. No one sits on the bench in BMX racing, it’s all up to you and your motivation to be among the best. Today we have many local riders, that have gone to State & National races and succeeded. This makes my heart happy. I’m no longer involved with any volunteer groups as I’m focusing on winding down my Real Estate career as I prepare for retirement.
