I would like to thank Crystal Ayala for all of your help in selling the home we raised our family in. Bittersweet to say the least. 18 years of milestones, holidays and a pandemic, this home served us well. We are happy that another family will get to enjoy years of making their own memories.
Crystal came through when it came to the hustle of getting the house ready to show. It’s a lot to juggle when you live in a house that you are selling. Thankfully Crystal was always there to make sure everything looked amazing and was able to show potential buyers all the things we loved about our property. She was always available to take my calls, and was helpful in explaining the process to us. I am so thankful to her and her team at Larrows Real Estate for making the sale of our house a smooth journey.

This is now the third time I have worked with Gene (2 home sales and one buy) in the last couple of years. Every time Gene has been very helpful and helped me through the process each time. He has an extensive knowledge of the area and was able to provide insight whether I was buying or selling. He was also very helpful with any questions and would immediately respond back and/or address the question or issue. The hyperfocus into the customer experience is what has set them apart from everyone else in the area. First word that comes to mind in describing this business is Quality. The white glove attention to detail from first contact to to turning the key on your new home/business is an intimate transaction. You will need someone who is trustworthy with all portions of the agreement. Get into this major transaction with the peace of mind that your best interests are in good hands.

After expressing my interest in one of his fantastic rental listings, Gene contacted me within the same day to provide helpful information, answer my questions, and set up a showing. He took the time to get to know me as a client & as a person, both over the phone and at the showing. This positive relationship made me feel comfortable and confident working with him as my agent and making moves on the apartment I toured! It can be a tricky journey with unexpected twists and turns, setbacks, adjustments, and worries. Gene guided us through this intricate maze with patience and optimism.
