I’ve known Gene Pica for over 30 years. He has always been honest, caring, and attentive personally and in all of his real estate transactions. My husband and I purchased our first home through Gene 16 years ago. It was a great experience, executed flawlessly with intimate attention to detail. We recently decided to sell that home and would only consider Gene to be our agent. Because we were moving out of state, the logistics of the sale and move were complicated, but Gene was there for us every step of the way and removed a lot of our stress. Not only did he make it a pleasant experience but he was able to sell our home for more than it was listed for in record time. We are only sad that we can’t use Gene again because we are no longer in Connecticut. However, he will be highly recommended to friends and family or anyone who inquires about a caring real estate agent in that area.
