I highly recommend Gene Smith for all your real estate needs. He diligently sent us listings that met all our parameters and recently represented in the purchase of our forever home. Gene guided us on every step of the journey. He was extremely responsive and answered our phone calls and questions without delay. Gene’s extensive appraisal background was extremely beneficial to the process. Gene also had a quality referral for each of our needs. We decided to purchase a fixer and we couldn’t be happier with the contractor Gene recommended. He is also assisting us with renting out our current property. Gene did an amazing job marketing our home and we were able to sell it quickly at a great price. He added little decorative touches to make the vacant home warm and inviting. He priced it correctly so it didn’t sit too long on the market, but it wasn’t under priced. I felt confident having him represent me to the buyers and prospective buyers because he is always professional and upbeat. I completely recommend him for your real estate needs!
