Genevieve made the house buying process such a pleasant experience. Her knowledge of everything during the process was so helpful and she also gave her own unbiased opinions while touring houses to make sure that the house we chose could be turned into a home. We we're in a tight spot after having a not-so-good experience with a different real estate agent/company, and we contacted Genevieve to help us sell our house. Genevieve not only helped us sell our house, but she restored our faith in humanity as well.
Genevieve is thorough and precise with everything she helped us with. From filling out forms to helping stage our empty house, she made every step of the process easy. We had a great many questions about putting our house on the market. She had every answer and more. I felt an extreme sense of confidence when leaving our house in her hands to sell. And that confidence was not misplaced, as the house sold above all expectations.
I can hands down say that Genevieve went far above and beyond in selling our house, and I will be making sure to use her for any other real estate endeavors in the future.
