Genevieve was an incredible agent to work with as a first time home buyer who is also new to the area. She was patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and her infectious enthusiasm always shined.

She held my hand throughout the whole process, visited 10+ properties with me, talked me through all my deliberations, and celebrated with me after making my decision. We really went through the whole journey together! It’s thanks to her that I feel confident and happy with my final purchase.

Genevieve and Donovan were excellent to work with from the start. They took into account all of our needs and were always prompt and easy to work with. The market is hot, and you want someone who knows a lot and has your best interests in mind. Genevieve and Donovan do not say all is well with the house you are looking at just to get the sell. They tell you the honest truth so you have no regrets with the house you end up winning.

Case in point, she graciously helped my wife and I think about a house that we loved, but would not fit our needs in the future. We ended up turning away from a BIG mistake we would have regretted later.

You WANT a real estate agent like that. One that tells you the truth and not just what you want to hear. We LOVE Genevieve and Donovan, and would recommend them to anyone who is in the market, no question. 10/10 would recommend.

Genevieve is simply amazing! I have used her to both sell a house for me and than purchase a house for me! In selling she makes sure your house is at its best by staging it to make it look like HGTV and for buying a home she, as one said, will “mom you”! She makes sure you are making the most informed decision you can make. I honestly can’t say enough great things about her. Always awnsers the phone, always awnsers your questions honestly. She says I” don’t care if you’re my child or a typical client, I treat you all the same” and she follows through with that statement every time. Thank you so much Genevieve for being you

We we're in a tight spot after having a not-so-good experience with a different real estate agent/company, and we contacted Genevieve to help us sell our house. Genevieve not only helped us sell our house, but she restored our faith in humanity as well.
Genevieve is thorough and precise with everything she helped us with. From filling out forms to helping stage our empty house, she made every step of the process easy. We had a great many questions about putting our house on the market. She had every answer and more. I felt an extreme sense of confidence when leaving our house in her hands to sell.
