Geoff Arnold

Geoff believes clients are the cornerstone of any business. Everyone needs to listen, understand and serve clients so that they genuinely know they are important, valued and appreciated. This philosophy cannot be any truer than when it comes to helping clients purchase or sell their property. Geoff and The Arnold Team work closely with clients to understand their true needs and objectives and to apply a collaborative and innovation approach, with the overall commitment to delivering tangible results.

Client service excellence is the core of any business transaction, as Geoff has learned, embraced and applied during his previous career in aerospace, high-tech industries. His extensive business background, which spans over 30-years, has been focused on serving clients in various middle and senior management capacities. Geoff has been applying this same philosophy of service excellence to real estate since 2017. He pairs this service with his value-based sales and negotiation experience, knowledge of housing development, and innovative critical thinking skills to deliver remarkable results for his real estate clients.

After proudly serving in the United States Air Force, Geoff spent 20-plus years in Aerospace and 10-plus years in IT Professional Services, holding management and consulting positions for a diverse portfolio of mid-sized companies.

Geoff is a member of the Rotary Club of Carmel by the Sea and the Central Coast YMCA Board of Directors. He is also a League of American Cyclist's League Certified Instructor (LCI) and member of the Monterey Velo Club.

Geoff and his wife Rebecca, have three wonderful adult children and a terrific grandson. In his free time, Geoff loves playing golf and cycling throughout the Monterey Peninsula.
