We had the pleasure of working with Geoffrey to purchase the property of our dreams and he made the process simple and free from the overwhelming stress it can sometimes bring. He is always professional and responsive regardless of day or night. We appreciated his personable demeanor and honesty. We were almost at our wits end with over a year of searching but once we had Geoffrey on our team we were able to get insight into a wider variety of properties on the market. Geoffrey is simply put the best residential real estate guy I have ever dealt with, if you are buying or selling he will go to battle for you and protect your interests like they were his own. I recommend him 100% . Geoffrey delivers what he promises fully. He sold my house working through many contractors to repair decks ect. He spared me big costs and got me full value for my house.

My wife and I met Geoffrey a little over a years ago when we started looking for a new home. We were very particular about a lot of things. Geoffrey was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding of exactly what we were after. We spent about a year looking and toured almost 50 homes before we finally found the right one. Once our offer was accepted, like clockwork, Geoffrey started working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure nothing was overlooked; he scheduled all our inspections, worked closely with our lender and kept us informed day-to-day regarding the progress. Anytime, day or night, a question came up, Geoffrey was always a phone call or text message away. Buying this new home was the most stress free process I could have ever imagined.
