With a depth of experience, I've supervised, sold, and negotiated over 2000 real estate transactions and contracts, totalling hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate.
I enjoy the thrill of negotiations and problem solving, even in complex scenarios. I ask my new team members often, "What is the definition of success?", I usually get an array of answers, but here is what I've learned from an old coach of mine, "Definition of success is this...Small decisions, made daily, that lead to success." But then, on the flip side, I tell them this..."The definition of failure is also small decisions, made daily, that lead to failure." What a huge lesson learned from that former coach of mine that I love to share with my team.
When not at work doing the exciting job of developing people, or assisting buyers and sellers, I'm enjoying time with my family, a good book, or training and teaching Brazilian Jiu jitsu to great people. This vast 25 years of professional experience has allowed me to solve complex problems in varied situations for my clients, buyers and sellers, as well as my company and those that I lead.
