Without George handling the sale of my house, I don't think I would have been able to sell it. Thus was over 3 years ago, the market was not like it has been lately
On inspection, numerous problems were found. A cracked well head, a septic system that was not functioning correctly and other more minor problems.
For each problem that presented itself, George reassured the potential buyes, and us, that the he had contacts that could make the repairs, reasonably and in a timely fashion. Several times the buyers were going to walk away. George was able to calm their concerns and get the repairs made.
I would highly recommend George and his team for all of your real estate needs. He is honest, reliable, and a true professional.

I recently represented a buyer who purchased an automotive business & real estate that was listed by George Plumley. The closing was at the buyers lawyers office. The paralegal conducting the closing said to George that she has worked with many realtors, but George worked harder to earn his commission than any she had met. He did a great job in representing his client. It was a pleasure working with such a knowledgeable and professional agent.

In the seller's market (Spring of 2022) the idea of buying a home was absolutely terrifying! We'd heard horror stories from so many people about having to drop everything to go view homes, putting in a half dozen offers well above asking price, and suffering from rejection after rejection.

Our experience with George was so smooth that we actually feel bad talking to those people about it! One house, one viewing, one offer, and BOOM one acceptance despite other offers - all within 24 hours! Obviously this won't always be the case, but we truly believe that George's experience in the field and confidence are what made this happen for us and we're so thankful!

He and his office were highly responsive throughout the whole process and he's continued to answer follow up questions from us as they've come up (and they will come up, particularly as a first time buyer) even after the papers were all signed.

Would definitely recommend George and his office to anyone buying or selling in his region!

I have to admit we were hesitant at first to call any agent without a recommendation to list our mixed-use property and put off doing so for some time. Then we received a very professional and personal letter from George and decided to give him a call. After only 30 seconds on the phone with George, my wife and I looked at each other and knew we had made the right decision to follow up with him. Within only a few days we met with George and decided to list our property with him immediately.

George made us very comfortable and kept us informed throughout the entire process form listing to settlement. He met not only our needs and schedule but worked around the schedule of our tenant and kept us updated constantly answering all of our questions. George was never too busy to take our calls which were sometimes after hours.

We can't say enough about our experience with George on both a personal and professional level. We give George our highest recommendation and would not hesitate to call him first in the future.

George Plumley guided me through my first home buying experience. He was incredibly patient, and let me learn at my own pace, even at the expense of his valuable time. He showed me houses that I had selected and wanted to see, even though he knew they were not what I was looking for. Only letting me know his opinions on properties when I asked for them. He went above and beyond to look into a property that I had received a tip from a contractor friend of mine. The property was on and off the market a few times due to septic issues. Turns out, the property was returning to the market, with a brand new septic system soon to be installed. Mr. Plumley’s professionalism, years of experience, many friendly connections and knowledge of the reality market not only allowed him to secure an asking price sale in an insane market, but he was also able to negotiate $5,000 seller’s assist, AND was able to get a few repairs done on a property listed “as is, no repairs, and no seller’s assist!” I was, and still am amazed at what this man and his team are able to accomplish. Because of him, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and get it at a great price! He even located affordable appliances for me, and gave me a refrigerator! I am now married, and my wife and I can’t wait to start our family in my dream home! To this day I continue to recommend Mr. Plumley and his team to everyone I can! You won’t be disappointed! Best realtor ever!
