He worked with our sometimes-unforgiving schedule for showings and always kept his calm, 'can do' attitude, which was incredibly reassuring for us. When he went abroad on vacation and we had some questions for him, we called him and he answered all the questions we had. Even during his family time, George always returned our calls and met us when we needed him to. Thanks to him, we were able to find an excellent tenant within one week. I don't even know where to begin with my review for George. He and his team are true professionals with knowledge and passion about their work. George did so much more than just show my wife and I houses. He took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. Furthermore, George was able to find a home and bring in people during showings to help us see the vision and potential that we were missing. He came in with a builder that was able to look at the home we were considering to give us costs and estimates that also helped us understand how things could be done based on how we wanted it. It was our first house, the timing was bad for buying (summer 2018) , the negotiations were really complicated - the seller was a bank represented by a tough guy who did want to loose a penny, and there were other buyers around who wanted the house too. I had zero experience in buying houses and was scared due to complexities on each negotiations turn. Great that I trusted George and let him do his job. The result was great - not only we bought it with a good discount, but also were credited for the repairs. Happy home owners for almost a year.

George is at the very top of his game. He is knowledgeable and as professional as can be. When I was buying my home he went above and beyond to get things done. Even in tricky situations he managed to accomplish a lot for me. He comes with a solid team of people that treat you like family. I had a choice of 2 other realtors to work with.

In fact, the home that I bought and now enjoy another real estate agent did not want to show it to me. I found out that they refused to show it to me because “it was too much work and the commission was not worth it to them”. It’s funny considering that the agent is a close friend of one of my best friends and when they heard I was considering buying a home they prospected me hard. This was why I gave them a chance in the beginning. As soon as I got disappointed I called my old friend George. He showed me 3 homes and we picked it out within 1 day.

I don't normally write reviews but when service is this outstanding I have a duty to inform others. People always fear the real estate buying process but George and Premier Group were incredible and made the entire process painless. It was a nightmare trying to find the perfect apartment while balancing school but George made the process easy. Step by step every bit of the way he was there to explain and answer any and all of my questions and concerns. He made the entire process smooth and easy. I never felt pressured or rushed and George was always there 24/7 to show me a property and to give me feedback. His team would send me daily updates with new properties that matched what I was looking for within my price range and even went so far as to look outside of my parameters to get me extra amenities I did not even know I would be able to afford! When I told George I was in a rush to move he assured me that he would find me the perfect property with expediency. He delivered on his promise and then some. George is professional, knowledgeable and excellent agent that really cares about his customers. George was very responsive from the moment I contacted him about purchasing a house. No matter what time of day it was or what the concern was he was still able to respond to all of our texts and/or phone calls in a very timely manner. And it's really surprising how he does it because when you have an appointment with him, his whole attention is on you and not on his phone that is ringing non-stop probably from other clients. Purchasing a house especially for a first-time buyer is a daunting experience/process but not with George. He was very transparent with us through the whole process explaining every nuance and every detail. He has the whole process down to a science. He was very informative and educated me on every step of the way. George was in constant communication with the Seller's agent, lawyers and other parties making sure everyone is informed and are on the same page.

George offered excellent advice on any aspect of home ownership from improvements that can be made to a house, if any, to potential cost of those improvements. George built a support mechanism that is his partner and his very helpful team that provided nothing less than pure professionalism and timely support from the first time we spoke all the way to the the day of my closing.
