He stuck with my through years of going back and forth about buying a new home. Never pressured me or made me feel less than when it wasn't the right time. Our property had been on the market for a while and stuck in the mud so to speak. We'd had no activity for 3 months. Went to George for advice and once he took the reigns with ideas we had not heard before things changed. Within a month, during winter, activity increased and we received 2 interested bids that we were able to utilize to get the person who wanted it the most to a reasonable amount. It was done and it wouldn't have if it hadn't been for George.

His experience in and knowledge of the real estate market is outstanding, and unlike many realtors in the area, he understands the value of excess land and priced our home accordingly. George was open and honest and communicated with us every step of the way, and was also accepting of our ideas for marketing our home. We had a very unique issue come up the night before closing that caused our buyers to extend closing by a week, but because of George’s experience in real estate and contacts in the industry, we were able to resolve the issue within a few days. George has been working with our family for years (several commercial properties and a couple of houses). He's always been top rate. Last year I had a lot for sale but wanted to do it myself rather than paying $9k in realtor fees. George was willing to advise in spite of not getting a commission. This shows he's interested in long term relationships rather than short term gains. Knowing he's "on your side" rather than just "out for a buck" makes all the difference in the world.

Growing up in the Treasure Valley, George was able to answer all our questions and helped us decide where we wanted to live. Over one year later now we love our home and the area we settled in. George told us about Idaho’s homeowner exemption tax break. He then took us to the tax office and helped us fill out our homeowner exemption papers to make sure we did it correctly, after escrow closed on our house. George went above and beyond.
