Following a long and successful career in nursing and health care administration, I embarked on a new career in real estate in 2005. As a licensed broker, I have found that the very same elements I enjoyed most in my healthcare years give me the most pleasure in real estate transactions. I approach each transaction from the perspective of individual client needs knowing that each process requires the formation of a time-limited partnership between the client and the broker with each partner having responsibilities and tasks to complete during the process.

When a broker is able to correctly assess the needs of each client for information, education, guidance and support and then tailor his or her approach to those individual needs, the end result can be not only a mutually satisfying experience but also the beginning of a client/broker relationship that can last through the years.
