As a Buyer's Agent, the fiduciary obligations continue with client approval to work interactively with the buyer’s financing agent and real estate attorney to provide all necessary documentation and research and respond to questions or concerns that may arise during the underwriting through closing processes. However, buyer assistance does not stop at Closing. With a relocation client, services may extend to information gathering about schools, medical services, recreation, shopping, painters, etc. The job as a relocation agent is to assist the client beyond the property search through post-closing to ensure a smooth and successful transition not only into the job, but to fully welcome the client to Buffalo!
