I've purchased and sold numerous properties through Geri Solomon, all of it starting with a knock on my door 20 years ago. Having already impressed me with her capabilities through many transactions, Geri guided me through a treacherous, litigious waterfront sale 3 years ago, and her contacts and knowledge, along with her calm demeanor/bulldog spirit, helped us win in court, and prevail in the sale. Geri's infectious personality and customer loyalty won me over initially, and I would not use anybody else for real estate. She is a true professional, and maintains that stature even as the litany of less-than-honorable agents and sellers/buyers complicate the market.
