Gia has been a resident of Missoula for over 25 years and a real estate professional representing buyers and sellers in the Missoula real estate market for over 15 years. She has successfully navigated through up and down markets and is ready to help you make informed decisions.

With business partners, she has invested in remodeling homes, new builds and currently owns 3 rental properties.

Originally from Great Falls, MT, Gia moved to Missoula in 1988 and attended the University of Montana. She graduated with a Business Marketing and Economics degree. Together with her husband, Wayne Fairchild and two children, they love living in Missoula. The sense of community, great schools, access to open space out our back door, and lively downtown, music, food are some of her favorite aspects of Missoula. She also works with their family outfitting business rafting, canoeing and hiking the rivers and mountains of Montana and Idaho.
