As first time home buyers, my husband and I could not have asked for a better person to help guide us through this process. Gino showed us so many properties while we figured out what we really wanted in a home for our family. He was understanding to our needs, flexible to our schedule, gave great advice, and really, really patient (seriously I would have given up on us). With his patience we were able to wait out the super hot market and land an amazing house, in a great school district for our kids, in a great neighborhood that we absolutely love. We were able to quickly close and spent our first Christmas in our new home. You just can't go wrong having Gino as your realtor.

As I had said in my prevvious posts, I was very lucky to have Gino Viola as my realtor in the sale of if my house and in the search of my new house.

He was very professional, reliable, respectful, trustworthy and most of all, can be depended upon completely. He had lots of patience in ianswering all my questions n inquiries during the process. Never did he fail to update me on any changes n issues.

What's also good in him was asking how we're doing in our new house.

Lots...lots more good things to say about him being an ideal REALTOR.
