What sums me up is passion. The passion I have for creating memorable experiences through exceptional service to my clients. Whether it’s a $200,000 condo or a multi-million dollar home, I give the same excellence. The dollar on the deal is not the determining factor of dedication.

My passion comes from my upbringing. Four siblings competing with one another always gave me the sense of being an underdog which created a tireless work ethic. I'm not sure people even realize they have access to to the high level of care I bring my clients.

I've been self employed for 39 years, 29 in real estate and I've leveraged that business experience to bring a new depth of expertise to real estate. I'm a long-time homeowner and still the owner of my first investment – I currently own a primary and second home. My personal experience is available for buyers and investors alike.

I truly believe in partnering with my listing clients. I bring a pristine reputation and I work with people that understand how much the details matter. I’m committed to being involved in refining the listing presentation from sledge-hammering in the yard post to blowing leaves off the rock garden, everything matters and I'm a freak for perfection.

I am totally passionate about client care and that is the bottom line.

Coldwell Banker Realty is my real estate home, after working in the Highlands Ranch/Littleton office for over 18 years, I moved to the South Metro Office in the Denver Tech Center. I will gladly assist you anywhere in the Denver area. I reside in Littleton/Columbine Valley with my wife and Dudley Teammate, Trish. Together we have 5 children, 2 daughter-in-laws, 2 son-in-laws and 5 grandchildren.
