About Gigi
Gigi Dales, of HER Realtors, has over 27 years experience in the Real Estate Business. She first built a
team due to the growth of her Business and then a company. She began her career in
1992 as a Real Estate Agent working for a local Real Estate company. Within 5 years
she had a full time licensed assistant working for her. late 1990's she developed a team
with a full time buyer agent and assistant. As her team grew and with the market
changing, she saw the need to help in the rural area surrounding the Metropolitan area· where she worked, to get more technology to those agents. She then made the decision to
open an office on the outskirts of this major metropolitan area that would give agents and
herself all the latest technology. This would help the rural area and still be close to the
larger market as well. HER Realtors was a growing and dedicated Company that offered all
the services and newest technology that we were looking for so the two formed Real Living Village Realty and later was bought back by their parent company HER. This also made it possible to offer the clients more services
with this new wave of information.
Gigi's saw the need to grow 'with the corporate office and recently these two have joined
forces in the Cincinnati area 'as partners with 3 offices in Cincinnati.
As the market changes, Gigi also seen a need to help with the foreclosures whether be
pre foreclosures and post. This was only after a few years in the Business, doing BPO's;
(broker Price Opinion) then listings for banks, with monthly updates, submitting billing
to banks, and contracting repairs, and upkeep of the properties, and also offer cash for
keys. She now has a team of agents who work with her and the Banks to sell the Real Estate owned listings in Ohio and Kentucky. Gig and her Daughter (Jamie Dales) works to
keep every bank owned property in good condition and they work with several property
preservation companies to keep them in showable condition. As her business grew,
Between her and the team, they have completed hundreds of BPO's a year and anywhere
from 25 to 75 listings a year for Bank such as Premiere(wells Fargo), Ocwen, Asset One,
and Option one ,HUD properties, First American REO, Carrington, Dakota assets also being a Member of the
National Association of REO Brokers and REOMAC. Her team also represents buyers in different transaction, but with her team , they have developed a referral business and great communications with the asset mangers. they have 3 agents in 2018 and did over 139 transactions so far this year, so they KNOW REAL ESTATE
