A graduate of Long Beach State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design, Gil earned his Broker’s license in 2004. Alongside his wife Laura, he co-founded a full-service mortgage company that rapidly expanded to over 10 offices and achieved $150 million in annual sales within just three years.
Over the past several years, Gil has focused exclusively on the luxury real estate market. He was honored to be invited into the elite “Top Agent Program” at The McMonigle Group, recognizing his potential and performance among hundreds of top-tier agents. Prior to founding Sol Terra Estates & Lending Inc. in 2011, Gil served as Associate Broker for the global luxury brand Engel & Völkers in Corona Del Mar.
Having lived in Southern California since 1988 and a proud Newport Beach resident since 1995, Gil has an intimate understanding of the local market and the lifestyle that draws clients to the area. He and his family have made their home in Pacific Ridge, Newport Coast, for the past 19 years.
In addition to his extensive real estate expertise, Gil is also licensed in mortgage lending, offering clients a comprehensive, full-service approach to buying and selling luxury properties.
