Exclusive Realty & Mortgage from start to finish operates like a smooth, well oiled machine. This was my first home purchase and I feel so grateful that I had this team on my side.  It was wonderful knowing that they already had an expert on their team for whatever I needed. Even with my rather unique situation, coupled with more than a few loops that I threw at them, everything was seamless.
They worked hard and quickly to get me pre-qualified, show me property, get my offer accepted, get me the best rate possible, took care of all the inspections plus so much more! They took care of all the details behind the scenes, so I did not need to worry. This was so key because my job does not lend well to being able to step away often.
The added human touch by my Realtor, Saara made the process so comfortable at every step. She made my fears and uncertainty melt away and that is 100% attributed to her knowledge, experience and passion to get me into the home of my dreams. I can't even begin to share how thankful I am for the Exclusive Realty team! Back in november I was put in contact with them, I recall connecting with Whitney and having an amazing first connect with her. She paid attention to even the smallest detailed that I shared. She made me feel like I was in good hands from that first call and that feeling didn't change throught the home buying process.
When you work with Exclusive Realty you truly work with a team and their commitment to their customers is limitless! It took me while time to find a home and throughtout the process Whitney and Francis were awesome at being there to make sure I was making an educated decision when making an offer and to remind me that the perfect home was out there for me when our offers weren't accepted. And they were right! I found a home that I fell in love with and whole team fought hard to make sure my offer was accepted.
Even beyond the offer was accepted, Gil and his team made themselves overly available so I felt supported throughtout the process. I can say that closing is problably the most stressfull part of the process but Gil, Saara, Anabel, Whitney and Francis made it a lot easier by ensuring they were there to help and advise with anything from the inspections to anything that Lender needed of me! I definitely could not have done it without them!
It has been a dream of mine to become a home owner and even when at times during closing when I felt like I was not gonna be able to make it happen the team at Exclusive Realty was there to support me, reassure me and make sure I didn't mess up or give up! I really cannot say enough how thankful I am for this team!
Whitney and I set the goal during our fist connect to find the perfect home by my birthday, it may be a little thing to some but to be honest the fact that they kept that goal in sight the whole time and worked really hard to meet that goal was very thoughtful! We ended up closing and getting keys just a couple of days before my birthday!
I would honestly say that I was treated as family and from now on I consider them family as well.

We recently went through the home buying process with Exclusive Realty and Mortgage in December 2022 right before the holidays. As you may know buying a home is a very exciting and sometimes stressful time, especially around the holiday season.

We are so grateful that the entire (and I mean entire) Exclusive team had our backs throughout the entire process. From scheduling showings at all hours of the day, and sometimes last minute with Whitney. To the many viewings we attended with Francis who is an outstanding human and was always accommodating and knowledgeable. As well as navigating the negotiation and home inspections and everything in between with Gil, who always made sure we understood what to expect and what was feasible. They were the experts in all of it and we truly felt we were in great hands no matter what came up through the process. Anytime we had a question or concern it was quickly addressed by Annabel, and she always ensured we were organized and timely meeting deadlines.

We could not have asked for better people to work with in this major life decision. Thank you so so much for the time, effort and dedication y'all put into getting us into not only our first home, but our dream home. 10/10 I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a home now or in the future.

I’ve been looking into purchasing house for quite a few years now and it was not until I meet Whitney at Exclusive Realty and mortgage that i started to feel like I was in good hands. I had worked with 3 other agents before and it was like they where in for their own good! I felt pressure to go over WAY my budget, I was showing myself places and still figuring out the process in my own, it just never felt like I was about what I wanted but what was convenient for the agents.
It was completely different here. From our very first connect, Whitney took the time to get to know me and what I wanted. She always made it a priority to make sure my wants and needs was at the top of the priorities. Even when I was it being super realistic about my wants they had open conversations where I could ask questions and truly understand.
Whitney, Francis, Gil, Saara and Anabel have been just truly amazing. I was able to get my offer accepted at a property that I LOVE and there is no doubt that they worked hard to make it happen for me.

They have a great team with different personnel handling different aspects of the home purchase process and they work in tandem like a well oiled machine. Whitney was very patient and helped setup viewings at short notice and even on weekends sometimes. Francis was prompt accompanying us to view several properties and was energetic. I had the pleasure of working with Quicken loans who referred me to Exclusive Realty. Getting access to the realtor portal to be kept up to date with homes for sale that met my criteria was a real plus. Their tool filtered out most of the white noise so I could focus on what I was looking for.

Agents were professional and worked around my busy schedule to show homes. They did all they background work to make appointments and prepared the paperwork to be signed. Having a digital solution to read and sign documents allowed me to do what I had to do on my schedule.

It's been a real please dealing with Gil and his Team at Exclusive Realty. In 2011 Gil helped me in a successful short sale of my home. Now Gil and team sold my girlfriend's house and got us into our new home in August/Sept of 2014. Gil was always very professional and worked hard at showing us houses in West Sacramento that met our criteria. He was great in advising us and getting us pre-qualified, listing the girlfriends home and selling that house in a relative quick time in order for us to get our new home.
