Gilda Martinez

A lifelong resident of New York, Gilda, who goes by the moniker "Gigi", grew up in Nassau County and spent time in Manhattan prior to settling on the North Fork of Long Island over 15 years ago. Growing up, Gigi spent her Summers on the East End and has seen the area completely transform from a rural landscape into the robust and highly desired second home destination it is today.

Ever the entrepreneur, Gigi has owned multiple businesses and investment properties and has worked in the sales and construction industries for over 30 years. Gigi's keen eye for detail, negotiating skills, and world-class customer service are all things she is known for, and her endeavors have taken her across both forks where she is in tune with what today's buyers are looking for. A self-professed workaholic, Gigi is also an avid animal lover and travel enthusiast.

Gigi is fluent in Spanish as well as English. She is a member of HANFRA (Hamptons North Fork Association of Realtors), LIBOR (Long Island Board of Realtors), and NAR (National Association of Realtors).
