Gina is the best! We have worked with her for years selling houses in Seattle. Her ideas for presenting our homes to potential buyers are impeccable. She has produced excellent marketing packages for each home, every one tailored to that specific property. She understands the local market very well. Gina was a terrific agent. She found us a great buyer and was very gracious about taking care of things in the house when she went to show it. She knew details about the house and appliances and explained them well. Our paperwork was thorough and accurate and we would love to work with her again.
