Gina Baca

Gina’s love for real estate started while growing up in the Bay area of Northern California. After graduation, she purchased her first home at 19 years old and went into business with her father. Within four years, she took ownership of her father’s company and purchased her second and third investment properties.

She later transitioned into mortgage lending, property management, renovations, and new construction. In recent years, Gina has set her sights to work in DC’s Northern Virginia metropolitan area, one of the hottest housing markets in the US!

Gina has spent the last 20+ years in the real estate industry developing strong work ethics, interpersonal skills, and negotiation techniques. She is dedicated, proactive, and has the highest regard for integrity; these characteristics make her stand out and she strives to keep these traits in all aspects of her life.

In her career, she has overseen the renovation of over 100 homes and closed over $31 million in resales and new construction. She has a great appreciation for her success which she attributes to family, intuition, and passion for real estate.
