Hey there, I’m Gina.
I’ve lived all over the U.S. (and beyond), but after calling places like the Front Range, Breckenridge, Frisco, Maui, the Big Island, St. John in the USVI, and North Lake Tahoe home, I can confidently say that Southwest Colorado, and Pagosa Springs in particular, has my heart. My husband and I first moved to Durango in 2012, lived a bit of a gypsy lifestyle, and ultimately found our way back to this area in 2019 to put down roots and start our family. Becoming a homeowner here after our son was born in 2020 was both exciting and eye-opening. Going through that process as a buyer is what ultimately led me into real estate. I know firsthand how overwhelming, emotional, and high-stakes buying a home can feel—and that perspective shapes how I work with my clients every day.

Outside of real estate, we have a full house with our son and our Great Dane/Malinois mix, Ruckus. We spend as much time outdoors as possible—snowboarding in the winter and camping, hiking, lake days, and exploring all summer long.
I’m also proud to serve as a Board Member of the Pagosa Springs Community Development Center (PSCDC), the organization leading economic development and workforce housing efforts in our area. Being involved at this level allows me to advocate for smart, sustainable growth and housing solutions that support both current residents and future generations. It’s important to me that the community we love remains livable, vibrant, and accessible.
