Gina knocked it out of the park with our home buying process. It was our first time buying site unseen which had us nervous at first, but she was with us every step of the way and put our minds at ease with her attention to detail and constant communication. We could not have asked for a better realtor or experience. When it came time to start putting in offers, she had us in contract on a home that checked all of our boxes within just a few short days of looking. She really went to bat for us which is how we ended up in the beautiful home we are in now. Highly highly recommend her as a realtor and happy to have left this process with a new friend as well.

Gina is by far the best realtor we have worked with. She understands exactly what you need and works around the clock to make sure it happens. She handled the sale of two of our homes and each time we had absolutely NOTHING to worry about. She took care of everything and made sure the process was painless for us. I can’t say enough good things about Gina Beebe. We were referred to her through a friend and I’m so grateful we were. We were in the challenging position of being a military family buying a home while out of state. Gina was incredible, she was our eyes and ears. She listened to all of our criteria for the home, neighborhood, location and school district we needed and found perfect homes for us to consider. Being unable to see the homes in person, Gina walked us through several over FaceTime. All the while making sure to be as detailed as possible. At every point in our home buying experience Gina exceeded our expectations and her responsibilities. She was always available and in constant communication (even while she was on vacation!). She helped us find a great local lender that was able to get us a fantastic interest rate. She also recommended a Home inspector that was thorough and gave a very detailed report. We now have a beautiful home, in a wonderful neighborhood that meets all of our family’s needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer Gina Beebe to my family and friends. (And how sweet is this housewarming gift from her?!)

I can honestly recommend Mrs.Gina 100000000 PERCENT. My husband and I are young and we’re first time homebuyers. We bought site unseen all the way from Louisiana while searching for a home in Virginia. Mrs.Gina took care of us all the way through and we never felt taken advantage of! One of the first things we looked for when searching for a realtor was a real genuine connection that didn’t feel like a pitch or fake just trying to sell another house. She is really like a second mom to us! She fought for us and helped to keep our spirits up through all the ups and downs. Explained everything so we knew what was going on and made sure to keep us both up to date during our home search. Even now, weeks after closing she still helps us out with whatever we need. Where to start? being first time home buyers it can be so stressful to know where to start when buying your first home but Gina is literally everything we could have imagined for in a realtor. She made everything flow and we felt very informed during the whole buying process. Gina has so much knowledge, she was there every step of way and always making sure we understood A-Z. There was nothing she missed and we are extremely thankful for everything, she did so much for us that we would never expect from a realtor and even still after closing!! If Gina isn't your realtor you're missing out on an amazing home buying experience because I don't think she could have made anything feel any more stress free or smooth for us as first time home buyers!

Gina exceeded everything I thought I needed in a realtor! She was available whenever I needed her and made the entire home buying process so much easier! I came from out of state and had to find and close on our home without my husband in the area. Gina did not hesitate to set up FaceTime walk throughs and made sure I was fully aware of everything that was going on in each step. She is so genuine and truly makes you feel like family. After meeting with several other realtors, I am so glad I chose Gina to help my husband and I buy our first home! I needed someone who was really responsive and accommodating, due to my work schedule and my husband being deployed. Gina is an amazing real estate agent! She helped me learn and understand so much, and we walked through hundreds of houses together. Especially in this crazy time of COVID and weirdness, she was always responsive and very friendly and helpful. My mom loves her, my cats love her, and I am sincerely grateful for everything she did to get me into the house I didn't know I wanted. If you're in the Hampton Roads area and you're looking to buy a house and you're not considering getting in touch with her, you're doing yourself a dis-service! As a first time home buyer I had a lot of learning to do and she helped me through every step of the process. From calling people to talking to companies and asking questions, not to mention the mountains of research she did and her own personal knowledge of the area and its environs. I would still be stuck in that terrible place over in Hampton if it weren't for her. Thank you, Gina!

I relocated to Virginia for a job and knew nothing about the area. Several agents were referred to me but once they found out that I was looking for a home and I had a pitbull dog they told me no one would rent me a home. When I met Gina she told me, "I can find you a home but it will take some time". A month and a half later she found us a home. She was very professional, honest, and super funny. You won't be disappointed having her as your agent. I will be using her again when I purchase my new home!
