Gina has lived, worked and played in southwest Wake County for over 25 years and is honored to call this beautiful, growing and exciting area home.
As a commercial real estate specialist and Advanced Commercial Advisor with CENTURY 21 Commercial® Triangle Group, Gina provides her clients a unique knowledge base regarding entitlement review, zoning, and land use planning. Gina has always had a love for architecture and design and had a full career in municipal government as a town planner, with 21 of those as the Director of Planning & Zoning in Holly Springs. As a planner, Gina guided the development of the Town working with developers, investors, and commercial real estate professionals in navigating the complex processes of municipal development review.
