I had such a great experience with Gina Ezell as my realtor. Between being really busy with work and inexperience Gina really helped me along and made the process extremely smooth.

Most if all she is not pushy and honest about what she is selling; plus she sends out gift cards and candy!

When I finally decided it was time to find a home for my small little family I couldn’t have been more ecstatic to have such a friendly, knowledgeable , responsive, and caring realtor such as Gina Ezell-Doggett guiding me through the whole process. As a first time home buyer Gina met with me based on when my schedule was available to show me what condos/town homes matched my price range. Gina would send me listings daily until we found the perfect home that fit my families needs. She was very attentive to everything I asked for and communicated with me thoroughly each and every week up till closing. I would definitely recommend Gina to any of my family or friends in the near future that are looking to buy a home. She is great and I couldn’t have gotten through all of it with out her!!! Gina and Bill were awesome. I went to school with Gina which was why I chose her, and was glad I did...At the beginning I told her I was just passively looking and she didn't care and still took the time to show me houses without pushing etc. Once I was more serious about moving she made sure everything went smoothly, gave me recommendations on who to call which saved a lot of research time on my end.

I highly recommend her!

Gina is an excellent realtor. She came highly recommended by our friend, and what we experienced working with her was exactly that.

From the beginning, she patiently listened to what we were looking for and made sure we will have our requirements met with every propriety she presented us. No time wasters, no inbox flooded with listings just for the sake of making a quick sale (like we experienced with other realtors we worked before).

When we found what we were looking for, and it came to negotiating a deal, her skills came in above and beyond, helping us all around.

Gina is a fantastic realtor! She took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and made sure we got it all when choosing a house.
