Welcome to my business page! I’m here to listen and help you find what you are looking for in your next home. My goal is to help you efficiently search for properties (not waste your time), guide you towards homes in your budget, and then navigate the process of financing, home inspections, township certs, understanding the Title search, and much more.

For my Sellers, I’m here to help you find the correct Listing Price, stage your home (in order to get the most money), market your property to generate a ton of interest, help you with any repairs needed after inspections, and generally listen to your concerns and provide solutions. My specialty market is Newtown, PA and this is why: I’ve lived in Newtown since 1976 and have watched the farms turn into neighborhoods, small country roads turn into highways, and small family owned stores evolve into shopping centers. My father grew up in Newtown and lived on State St when there was only 1 traffic light (crazy). His mom, my Grandmother, grew up on a farm that is now the Veteran’s Cemetery on Highland Rd and together with my grandfather owned and operated the Newtown Theater for 32 years. It’s safe to say, I’m invested in my community and enjoy introducing it to others.

After graduating from WVU (Go Mountaineers!) with a degree in Advertising I moved to the Big Apple, NYC. After working for Young & Rubicam and then Goldman Sachs, I moved back to Newtown to get married and start a family. After having my son I decided that commuting and 10+ hrs of daycare was not how I wanted to live so... Real Estate became my new passion! I’ve been a full time Realtor since 2003 and have never looked back.

My education and background in Marketing and Finance is a definite asset plus my attention to detail helps get everyone to the settlement table. I’m licensed in PA & NJ and hope to speak with you soon.
