Gina Lancellotti

Gina believes in treating her clients with honesty, respect and fairness while providing comprehensive, detail-oriented service. A confident, educated, and satisfied client will obtain successful results. Originally from NY, she loves being a local resident of the Sussex County area, with her husband and family since 1984. Prior to her adventurous career in real estate, she met many wonderful people working in NYC in the entertainment industry. After taking residence across the river, marrying her husband (of 36 years), growing their family with their awesome boys, she volunteered with the Hardyston TWP Elementary School PTA and local Boy Scouts of America for 6 years. She assisted Wallkill Valley Regional High School Project Graduation Committee with fund raisers. She was a substitute teacher for grades K through eight in several of the local Sussex and Morris County schools from 2000 - 2005. As a religious education instructor, she enriched her faith as she helped young students prepare for the sacraments of first reconciliation, she is a full-time real estate consultant in New Jersey, focusing mainly on the Sussex/Morris/Warren/Passaic County areas. She also enjoys working with referrals and relocation customers via Coldwell Banker's worldwide network of referral & platinum status relocation services.
