Gina Lemorin

Gina Lemorin brings culture and international experience to real estate in Florida’s Southeast Region and the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. She is a Miami, FL native and moved to Atlanta in 2003 to secure a degree in Marketing. She has excelled her skillsets in marketing and sales working for some of the most well-known luxury companies to specializing in Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) organizations. Through experience, Gina has compiled a robust database of high-end clientele. She offers real estate services to buyers, sellers and investors. As the real estate market continues to constantly change, Gina has developed the reputation as the agent who makes the home buying and selling experience an enjoyable one!

She developed her passion for real estate while working in the field of property management in 2012. In her first role as a leasing agent, she learned how to be more creative, deliver quality customer service and honed a keen sense for market awareness. After numerous successes, Gina was promoted to assistant property manager which gave her the opportunity to work with multiple markets and master the negotiating process; skills that will benefit buyers and sellers in any market.

In her free time, Gina enjoys exercising and outdoor activities such as yoga and jogging, spending time with her family and traveling. She's passionate about music and culture, her favorite place to travel is the Caribbean. Gina is also a member of her church choir and participates in community outreach programs. Having an affable personality and a professional demeanor allows her to connect well with people with rich and diverse cultures and backgrounds.
