I worked with Gina a few years back when I bought my first home. She was super patient; I had no idea what I was getting into as a first time home buyer. Gina spent multiple Saturday’s driving me around to look at homes until I found the right one. I never felt pressured nor did she ever make me feel bad for being a clueless home buyer. So when it was time to buy my next house, naturally, I reached out to Gina again. But this time the market was much more competitive. Gina was able to get us under contract on the first home we decided was our next home. Although news reports make the current housing market seem like a nightmare, ours was the complete opposite thanks to Gina. She is very well connected and well liked within the community.
