My partner and I just recently purchased a house in Aurora and Gina Moritzky was our realtor. We presently live in Florida and depended on our son Evan and Gina to find us a house sight unseen. Being from another state everything about the sale was different to us, especially all that was done online. Not only was Gina very patient in answering all the thousands of questions we had about what was involved but also explained step by step what we needed to do on the computer. Even after the sale Gina is still working to make sure all loose ends are tied up. We would like to thank Gina for a job over and above our expectations. Gina was really wonderful to work with! My husband and I were first time home buyers and Gina was incredible at alleviating our nervousness, answering our myriad questions, and showing us properties that matched our requirements. Being able to see properties and get one under contract was challenging during these covid times and she was so persistent and didn’t give up even when we were feeling hopeless and ready to stop looking.
She was there to answer every question we had basically any time of day and was very prompt and thorough. Not only did she answer any queries we had, she even filled in gaps in knowledge we didn’t even know we had as first time homebuyers. She was a wealth of knowledge when we were considering properties that needed to be fixed up and provided us with so much valuable information on projects and renovations we showed interest in taking on ourselves.
The most challenging part of this process for us was dealing with our lenders. They were truly horrible to deal with, it was such an unpleasant and frustrating situation. They piled on so much unnecessary stress to the house buying process by never meeting deadlines, resulting in us having to amend our contract no less than four times not to mention paying ridiculous fees for their mistakes. To our dismay it was so bad that not only us, even the sellers were doubtful that closing would actually happen.
Gina was essential in salvaging the situation and getting closing to happen. She truly went above and beyond what her job entails, even calling and speaking to managers, etc... on our behalf and taking them to task on their incompetency! She knew when to stand her ground and when to compromise during negotiations. She’s amazing to work with! We felt like her only clients sometimes with the time, energy, and effort she put into our home buying process.

I'll start by saying, for a fact we would never have gotten my home without Gina. If you're a first time homebuyer reading this please do yourself a favor and call Gina immediately. Why you may ask? No matter how ready you think you are for the home buying process, all sort of frustrating things can happen along the way. Gina was so patient and always available to answer questions. When our lender decided to make our lives a living hell, Gina made sure to step in as our hero and ask the difficult questions. She applied the right pressure on our lenders to make the necessary deadlines. She was such a professional, knowing when to use a soft tone and vice versa. Having Gina as your realtor, you'll know that you have someone that is eager to get you the home you'll love. I also love the fact that she is so proactive about seeing as many homes as possible. Some realtors get tired after a while, not Gina. To cut this short, my wife and I now hold Gina in a special place in our hearts. As a young couple (20's) she made sure we weren't jumping into a deal that we would regret in the future. Her honestly, professionalism, responsiveness, and overall great personality makes Gina the best realtor around. When we get ready for our next home, Gina will be the only realtor for us. Thank you so much Gina :)

Gina helped my wife and me buy our first home. We didn't know where we wanted to look, what styles we liked, or much of anything about the process. Gina quickly figured out which styles appealed to us, got us tours, and answered all our questions about the process. She even helped us stay on our budget.
If we wanted to see a house that would probably end up selling for more than we were comfortable with, she gently let us know that our time would be better spent elsewhere.

Gina helped us figure out how much to offer to be competitive, and once our offer was accepted, she fought for us in the contracting phase. She knew when we could push and when we needed to give a little.

Gina will work hard for you and will help you find a home you'll love. She's practically always on call and available to answer even the smallest questions. Her ability to determine what you like in a house will save you time and headaches. I can't recommend Gina enough.

We interviewed a couple but knew she was our choice as soon as we met with her.
She genuinely cared for all of concerns
without making us feel pressured like others.
We were selling our house in Green Mountain to move out of state and she helped with every step to make our transition seamless.
She answered and returned every call promptly with answers to our many questions
as was our first time selling.
Her knowledge and expertise of the Denver area market is top notch but even more importantly she is truly a wonderful person
