My husband and I are coming up on our 1 year anniversary of purchasing our home in Felton with Gina's help! Gina was referred to us by my employer and boy are we glad she was!

She is down to earth, tells you like it is, doesn't try to just tell you what you want to hear for the sake of a sale and she was able to walk us through our transaction all while I was 7 months pregnant and my hormones were making me do crazy things. She stayed level headed through it all :)

There was a small list of repairs that she helped us coordinate getting completed so we could focus on packing without the frantic last minute scramble to get it all done.

We selected Gina and her team to sell our house from recommendations of friends in 2022.

Once we met, she immediately asked for our desires to ensure that she could represent us to the fullest. She coordinated with her resources to make the house "photo ready" with very little involvement from us. She managed all the paperwork, and coordinated the house visits with other agents. Due to the marketing of the house, we were got offers from the first day, and closed within a week, exceeding our asking price.

Gina handled the whole process, from initial visit to final signature very professionally and efficiently; There were no surprises in any aspect of the process.

I highest recommendation I can give is that I would absolutely use Gina again if I needed to buy or sell again.

Gina helped us sell our condo recently and was great to work with! She responded to our initial inquiry right away and came by to look at our place the next day. She was professional and gave sound advice without being overbearing or pushy. She dropped off boxes to assist with packing, as we have two young kids and were trying to sell the place while still living in it. She really goes above & beyond to make the process as easy as possible for her clients. Within a week of it being on the market we got 15 offers, most of which were much higher than we expected. While it is a sellers market right now, it can still be overwhelming determining a listing price and knowing how to navigate multiple offers. She helped us with every step and we loved working with her.

Gina is the absolute best! She was recommended to me by a friend who heard about a challenging experience I had with a previous transaction that fell through. Gina was thorough and professional and great to work with. Extremely knowledgeable across a wide gamut of properties and their value propositions, whether it be for investment, personal residence, urban, suburban, rural mountain properties… She knows it all! She kept me apprised about available appointments and was ready to pounce as soon as a property came on. Vital in the crazy seller’s market that we have going on (2020-2021) and was incredibly flexible with showings – taking video walkthroughs so that I could review properties remotely. She was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers in the area and being disappointed, I was extremely lucky to work with Gina!

Master of "Negotiations Without Tears". We worked with Gina on both the purchase and sale of a home and both times she was able to negotiate seemingly impossible things and keep everyone happy. Gina's excellent interpersonal skills made it a true pleasure to work with her from start to finish. She is without a doubt, an expert in real estate. She definitely knows a lot about the area also, which is super helpful especially when it comes to needing to contact outside sources to keep the transaction moving (ie. pest control, septic, etc.). Gina is patient, capabile and timely. I was in an unusal situation. I didn't really want to sell my home. I was deeply attached to it. Gina waited patiently for me to decide (this took two or three years).

Gina knows all aspects ofthe business. She represents her clients fairly and does not create unreasonable expectations. She knows what to fix and what to "declare."

Gina Odom at Bailey Properties is a knowledgeable and trustworthy agent. I moved here for a job from Texas and knew little about the Bay Area. Gina was extremely patient and showed me a variety of neighborhoods that were in my price range.
