Gina Perez

Gina Perez is a Founder and Principal of Great American Realty as well as one of its real estate agents. Gina was born in Louisiana and raised in West Palm Beach from the age of one. Her parents fell in love with West Palm Beach from the first day they visited and knew that it was the perfect place to raise their children and enjoy the beach and sun of South Florida. This has been Gina’s home for over 30 years and she has yet to find another place she would rather live.

Gina attended Palm Beach Community College and Florida Atlantic University with a focus in International Business. Gina decided to obtain her real estate license in 1999 after the purchase of her first home with her husband, Leo. She found her first home buying experience to be a daunting one. Trying to find the perfect home in a great neighborhood was a challenging experience which motivated her to become involved in real estate so she could help others find their dream homes and make it a pleasant and positive experience. She felt her knowledge of the area, together with her passion for real estate and desire to help others, would be the perfect combination for success.

Gina is dedicated to her profession and in today's ever changing market place; she believes knowledge is the key to success. In 2004, she obtained her Real Estate Broker's License. Also, due to the overwhelming number of “short sales” in the market, Gina became a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Gina is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and speaks English and Spanish fluently.

With her outstanding attention to detail and a drive for results, she is able to provide excellent service in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate.
