We have known Gina on a personal and professional level for 20+years. She has orchestrated the sale of 3 homes for us, and the purchase of one. She has also sold and help purchase homes of two of our three children. Obviously, Gina is an A number 1 agent. She is professionally proficient at what she does, and we would and have recommended her to many of our friends and relatives. She gets the job DONE with love, laughter and promptness. We have recently moved to Fl, thus cannot have her assist us in further purchases. When looking for homes, I spoke to 3 other realtors before I called Gina. With the others that I spoke to, I ran into things like cutting me off when I spoke and coming off too busy. I knew almost immediately when I talked to Gina that she was the realtor for me. I asked this woman a million and one questions on the very first call and she had a knowledgeable and well versed answer to each one of them. In telling me a little bit about herself, she let me know that she has been a realtor for over 25 years and it was evident. She knows her stuff!!! I knew she was busy but she never made me feel like she was too busy for me. She returned every call, text, and email that I sent her. She showed me exactly 21 homes. Most were homes that I found online and wanted to look at. Others were ones she sent to me. I think usually she does a lot more scouting than with our situation but I've got quite a bit of researcher in my personality so I wanted to do the looking myself. We ran across some doozies but Gina remained upbeat, positive, and only wanting to help me to find my perfect home that much more. Gina displayed the utmost genuine interest in me, my family, and our quest for a home. She became a friend! Not once did I ever doubt or distrust what she said or did. She is extremely trustworthy, reliable, follows through on every task, and backs her clients 100%. Growing up in an apartment, I always dreamt of buying my own home. At 32, I was finally able to start looking and there was no better person to guide me on my journey than Gina! I'm writing this from my living room in the 21st home. It has everything I wanted and I couldn't be happier! Gina is an amazing realtor and truly a blessing to me and my family. I would recommend her to anyone serious about finding their perfect home!
