As the Principal and leader of the Romano Realty team, Gina is truly the driving force of the company motto, “when you work with us, you work with family!” This is evident when you hear her talk about her “amazing husband of 26 years,” and being blessed with three great sons, a daughter-in-law and two great grandsons! Not surprisingly, when asked, “What is most important to you in life?” she resolutely responds, “My family!” Our team could not ask for a better role model.

With client relationships and customer service taking a familial approach, Gina also lives and leads by example. There are two key elements to her philosophy on customer service and taking care of her clients’ emotional needs. She says, “I’m a good listener,” and “I make myself extremely available – pretty much all the time.” Ideal traits when trying to find that ideal home, or sell your “home of many year.”

With a background, prior to raising a family, in the mortgage business, experience in sales, the influence of her contractor husband, and the “entrepreneurial” spirt and strong business acumen inherited from her departed mother (the person she most admires), becoming a broker/owner is the professional achievement of which Gina is most proud.
