So incredibly happy with our home purchase. Ginger made everything go smoothly and I honestly can't reccomend her enough. She made sure to keep us informed every step of the way and always made us feel comfortable to ask questions. She helped us view houses that were at the top and lower end of our budget so that we were able to decide what would be best for us. We are very thankful we had her as our agent, and we would gladly request her in the future.

Ginger is a joy to work with. She has a great personality and is very approachable. We had a house built and she is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the home building process. She welcomes questions and if she doesn't know the answer (which is very rare), she knows who to ask. I will be recommending her to everyone I know.

Ginger Groff-Brinker is awesome. We came to Washington from out of state looking for a home. Houses were selling so fast we couldn't even get an appointment before someone else made an offer. We finally just told Ginger we were coming to town and she got us in to see every house we asked about. By the end of the week I put in an offer on a house and they excepted. Ginger was so helpful, informative, and a pleasure to work with. She was there for me on every call. Ginger, I LOVE my house. Thank you so much for all you did for me.
