When I first decided to sell my home my sister suggested Ginger because they felt she was so much help. I gave Ginger a call and the next day she came over took pictures and got my house on the market very quickly. In less than a week I had 2 great offers thanks to her hard work. Once we had everything figured out for the closing date I started to look for a new house and she was once again very helpful with finding homes that I liked even though I was very picky. I found the home I was looking for and thanks to her I now own it. When I had questions Ginger always found out for me as quick as possible and always kept me informed with any information I may have needed to know. Buying a house can be extremely stressful but Ginger was a huge help and I couldn't have been happier with choosing her. I suggest anyone buying or selling real estate to talk to Ginger.

Ginger met our needs as busy professionals. She suggested we set up email alerts that notified us when a home came on the market that met our criteria. This is how we found the home we eventually purchased. Ginger also respected the home price range we gave her, even though we would have qualified for a larger amount. I would recommend her to friends and family.
