Ginger is the past President (2007) of the Rockford Area Association of Realtors and previously served on the Board of Directors of RAAR (7 years) and as Secretary/Treasurer and president-elect. In addition, Ginger was the Women's Council of Realtors and Past President of the Rockford Chapter.
She is currently serving on RAAR Committees: Government Affairs, Professional Standards, Ethics and Arbitration, Past-Presidents, MLS, Member Services, Forms and Contracts. Previously serving on RPAC, Grapevine Committee, Finance, Compensation, and Nominating Committees.
Ginger's past positions include the 2017 Illinois Association of Realtors Committees: Public Policy and Local Government Affairs Chair, Leadership Development Working Group, Realtor Political Involvement Committee, Professional Standards, Housing Opportunity Working Group, and Ethics Citation Panel.
In 2009, she was appointed to serve on the Board of Governors for GRI #Illinois) 2009. In 2006 she was Realtor of the Year for RAR.
Ginger specializes in Residential Real Estate, Investment Properties, Apartment Buildings, First-Time Homebuyers, Relocation/Transfer Buyers and Sellers, and everything in between.
