We put in offers on two other units before being successful on the third offer and Ginger was with us through all of them helping us navigate through all the different phases.

Ginger is a wonderful and highly professional realtor that really knows and understands the Galena market. Her top notch level of professionalism, personal quality characteristics, her diligence, attention to detail, and her work ethic of going the extra mile and over and above in terms of diligence and keeping track of all of the nitty gritty details are amazing!!! She is also very highly creative in marketing a property with a well written descriptive listing (that tells a story) and takes the most gorgeous property pictures!!!. My husband and I found Ginger to be so wonderful and pleasant to work with and we cannot thank her enough for all of the fantastic efforts and follow-through she put into selling our land in the Galena Territory (which by the way even closed several weeks earlier than the stated Closing Date in the Contract).
We truly appreciated Ginger's excellent service and every real estate agent needs to be like her!!! She is a 10+++++ in our book!!!!

We asked Ginger to come out just to consult with as we were thinking about moving within the next couple years. She gave us great ideas to improve our property, and helped direct us to our next steps. Little did we know that within a week there was already someone interested in our house even though it wasn’t on the market! Long story short, we were able to sell our house (again, not even on the market), find a new house, and move all within like 6 weeks!! The entire time Ginger was on top of every detail and guided us through all the ins and outs. She was always responsive when I emailed or called and would let me know when she would be free so we could chat about contracts or other details. We certainly would not have wanted to handle all that on our own! Strongly recommend her to anyone, and have already given her name to multiple friends who are looking to buy or sell.

I have worked with several realtors over the past several years and Ginger is one of the best. We worked together to sell a difficult 38 acre property in the mountains of Colorado. She was always on top of any situation including obtaining an address for said property for better advertising and keeping me informed of any and all situations. Even after Ginger moved to another state, she and her co-partner continuously keep me in the loop. Ginger is a very nice person and will work hard to get the job done. From the moment Ginger showed up at the first house we wanted to see she was very helpful and informative. After some financial hiccups we pretty much stopped looking until Ginger reached out about 5 months later to see if we were still interested in moving to the Durango area from Denver. We were. She informed us she had a few houses that meet our criteria. She worked extremely hard all the way through our closing process. Even after closing we had a month and a half till we could move in because of our busy travel life. Ginger took care of the plants the former owner left for us. She also helped us get contact info for electric as well as leads for inexpensive propane. I have and will continue to recommend Ginger for your real estate needs. 5 star professional and a new friend.

I was able to find what I wanted in one trip. Also due to being over 900 miles from Durango she took care of some of the little things that I was not there to do. Great person and good at her job.

Ginger Zambrano is the best, most capable real estate agent in the south west! She understands all of the legal documents involved and explains them in plain English. She is a go-getter who does her homework! She familiarizes herself with all of the local properties and finds out the answers to any question she can't immediately answer herself.
