Gio is an amazing agent, throughout the whole process I really appreciated his constant communication and insights about the properties we wanted to visit and take a look, and other feedback he would have about the surrounding area. Gio Ruiz Real Estate was so great to work with. Gio was on top of it to help get me and my husband the best price for our home. We were moving across the state and were overwhelmed with all the details. Gio eased our minds and helped make sure the transition was quick and smooth. Our home was in Sacramento and Gio was recommended to us from San Diego county! He came to Sacramento and sold our home over a weekend! He was so professional and easy going and made us feel taken care of. Gio made sure to take safety precautions during the pandemic as well. When looking for a realtor, you want someone like Gio Ruiz.

My wife and I started our real estate journey about 2 month ago. We selected Gio because we were familiar with his work, and were confident in his ability. We were looking for a realtor who would be relaxed, not overbearing, and allow us to explore each house as we wanted without any pressure.

After many weeks of seeing houses with Gio, we felt like we would never find the one we wanted. He had a system that sent us updates regularly, with different houses on the market or price changes. Many of the houses that would show were regularly ones we had already seen, or just did not fit what we wanted until one Thursday.

We had a home pop up on a Thursday afternoon, and we had to see it as soon as possible. Gio was available to show us it at around 8PM and we were ready to put an offer on the house by the end of it. Gio recommended us going with a strong offer, as he was sure this house would sell fast. We had our offer accepted the next day, and just moved into the house this week.

Gio was ready on our closing day with Champagne, Beers and a nice little tree on our big day. He also gave us a wonderful gift card for items that we will need for our home.

I would recommend his services to all of my friends and family for their property purchasing needs.
