Working with Joe has been nothing short of incredible. Because I was living out of state during this process, I needed someone I could trust—someone attentive, proactive, and truly on top of every detail. Joe exceeded every expectation.
From day one, he communicated clearly, checked in regularly, and made sure I was always informed, even from hundreds of miles away. He handled everything with professionalism and genuine care—coordinating showings, managing appointments, and addressing issues before I even had to ask.
What could have been a stressful, complicated experience was instead smooth, efficient, and surprisingly easy, all thanks to Joe's hard work and attention to detail. I always felt like a priority, not just another client.

I reached out to Joe after it became clear that my Mom could not safely live alone anymore. I had recently sold/bought my own homes, so the experience was fresh in my mind.

Joe understood the assignment from our first meeting. We wanted to sell quickly because we needed to pay for Mom's care and we didn't have the time or energy to do a lot of prep work.

The other realtor I spoke to came in who Comps at 400K+, hoping I think to entice me with dollar signs. I could see that all of the comps were massively updated and in better shape. If I was looking to get top dollar, I would have gone with them.

Joe told me about the comps, but that would take a lot of work. He understood that's not what I wanted.

It was the fasted home sale I've ever been involved in. We had an offer inside a week and closed less than a month later.

The closing was a nightmare. The buyers title company kept coming up with new requirements to close, starting the day before closing was scheduled. Joe and the Lawyer he recommended were instrumental in helping us respond to all of their demands, but managed to successfully push back agains some of them.

That was impressive enough, but Joe also did a wonderful job of keeping me calm as the back and forth continued.

I whole heartedly recommend Joe for his excellent sales skills, real estate competency an calm demeanor which helped me avoid tearing my hair out over the past three days.

I am a very satisfied customer.
